Today, let’s talk about overcoming FEAR! FEAR as an acronym was coined and stands for False Evidence Appearing Real. Fear is an emotional response to something we have encountered in our lives. Core fears are stored in our body and clog up our light body(our chakras) when we don’t release them. Many of these fears occur during our childhood years as a response to things we hear, see, experience, are taught by other people, or imagine. Childhood until the age of 7 years old is also the time when we are in a programming state 100% of the time. This allows us to integrate as a human in this reality fully. We are originally light beings and choose to come into the physical to have this human experience. This physical human experience begins with us experiencing separation from our normal state of Universal Source(togetherness). Separation is the state of duality. From this state of duality, we experience polarity to assist with US in answering the hard question of consciousness. Which is, gaining subjective meaning from my experiences.
Children don’t have the emotional or intellectual capacity to determine what constitutes real or imagined so childhood is often when we develop our core fears. Many individuals have trouble even identifying their core fears as adults. So what is it that you fear most? Is it that you are not immortal? Is it that you are evil and are going to pay for inherited sin? Is it fear of the unknown or that you just don’t know who or what to believe? Is it that your God may or may not love you? Do you have trauma or stress from events in this lifetime?
FEAR is something we chose because fear is an emotional interpretation of what we imagine to be true. In cases of an extremely traumatic event, the unconscious will try to keep you alive by installing a new program to cause you to avoid another traumatic event in the future. This extreme trigger happens and causes PTSD. *If that is the type of fear you have please consult with a mental health professional.
Let’s talk about letting go of fear. A few years back in March of 2020, we had a global event. This event became a fear event for some people. Some people determined during the saga that they would no longer be afraid or chose not to be afraid, to begin with. This was a choice on their part. Usually, at some point, people just decide that they are no longer going to be afraid. This is called taking your power back in your reality. Each of us exists living through the lens of our own reality which is why numerous arguments commence on the internet because each individual is seeing through their specific lens of understanding.
One of the things I determined for myself was that I wasn’t going to be afraid of people or events outside my control. I chose not to spend my sovereign energy on worry. My energy is precious and is the most expensive commodity I have, so being frugal with inner peace in mind is always a good ROI (return on investment). The second thing that I did was to ditch other people’s fear beliefs. I was taught many fearful beliefs during my entire childhood. None of these beliefs ever felt accurate in my gut. My feelings were that I was always a Divine Love Being made from absolute Love. As a teen, I couldn’t explain why I KNEW this. It was the truth and this truth was inconsistent with the beliefs taught by my religion.
Empowering Oneself to Release Fear
- Choose to take back your power. I AM WORTHY to LIVE a fear-free life!
- Identify the cause of fear belief (What is false but is appearing real to you?).
- Incorporate Self Esteem Hypnosis to reprogram and replace this belief with a healthy belief.
- Incorporate affirmations both written and spoken aloud each day.
- Allow any bodily response to fear to be released and expressed, ie. through crying, journaling etc.
- Be consistent with your method, and hang positive quotes around your workspace or living areas.
Once I released my fear beliefs through crying, my light body felt like Swiss cheese. I felt pockets of energy missing in my light body. This is normal. The fear needed to be released to allow my light body to remember who I am. The process of releasing can take time so I allowed all of it to surface to be expressed and released.
Once I did, I woke up a few days after releasing and it was February 1st, 2023, the sun was shining and there was snow on the ground. I was thinking about Who I am? I happened to look down at one of my plants and felt an overwhelming love rush through my body. I thought,” I just love you(my plant) so much”. My next thought and feeling was that I was the spiritual embodiment of Love Incarnate. I am LOVE. Because I had released my CORE Fears and remembered my true state of being, my chakras were completely clear. We have other chakras above the 7 that are commonly known and those I gained access to through this remembering of ME as US(Universal Source).
