Wrapping up 2023 with a Full Moon in Cancer aka the COLD MOON illuminates emotions that no longer serve us as well as emotions that help us feel inner peace. The Cancer Moon is about allowing our emotional body to flow freely and serves as a spiritual retreat to our inner sanctuary. Just as the moon affects the tides of the ocean, we as humans are comprised mostly of water. There is an ebb and flow to the water we are made of and the full moon creates a portal where emotions are free flowing. In addition to this, we are amid the Winter Solstice here in the Northern Hemisphere and in a time of stillness and quiet reflection. All of this is a window of opportunity to release anything that isn’t serving our highest good.

To vibrate in the frequency of inner peace and achieve balance, address what is happening with you on the inside and accept self-responsibility. You, as an adult, are responsible for your own needs, your esteem, and how you control only yourself. No one else can give this to you. NO ONE BUT YOU. You can exist in this world of free will with INNER PEACE that no person or government or adverse situation can rock. Your INNER PEACE is not contingent on other people’s behavior, what is happening in the world, your health your significant other or lack thereof, or even your financial situation.

Only you can give yourself what you need to achieve inner peace. A mate, material things, and money do not fill the void that only you can spiritually fill yourself. Once you accept responsibility for yourself, you are living with an empowered mindset. You are taking the reigns of your life and controlling where and how you ride through life.

Anger shows us that our inner world is being projected into our outer world. Maybe this is a time when we get triggered too easily or flat-out lose our temper about everything. Blaming our problems on other people is often caused by anger and lack of self-responsibility. Remembering that I can only control myself and not other people or their behavior helps me maintain inner peace. Spending my sovereign energy on anger is a choice. I choose not to spend it on things outside my control.

Anger can also manifest from being hurt in some way by another person. Hanging on to this type of anger results in bitterness, resentment, and even the desire to return hurt to the other individual. The solution for this type of situation is forgiveness. Forgiveness is releasing the cord attaching oneself to the other individual. Forgiveness is the vibrational door to the frequency of inner peace.

Do you have self-limiting beliefs? This area is another place where people manifest frustration through anger. They don’t believe they are worthy of good things. This one can be pretty deep-seated as most of our unconscious beliefs are created as children when we are in a theta state of hypnosis for the first 6-7 years of our lives. What we are told, believe, and observe becomes our inner reality. This is where racism, misogyny, and even misunderstood religious beliefs get rooted deeply in our consciousness. Evaluating all relationships is important to determine where toxic situations exist and determine that you are worthy to live with healthy beliefs. Using hypnosis to return to the theta state to replace unhealthy beliefs with healthy beliefs is one way to release the emotions that don’t serve us. Self-esteem and self-acceptance hypnosis are available on YouTube.

*Please don’t listen to hypnosis while driving, operating heavy machinery, or operating on patients.

Fear tells us that we believe we are not in control of our lives. Fear also stems from a deeply rooted belief that we are separate from others and the divine. Because we don’t remember our spiritual history or previous incarnations or even being in Oneness with all light beings fear manifests as a deep insecurity.

Since we couldn’t control our environment as children many light beings/consciousness emerge into adulthood with a plethora of issues that need to be addressed. When we don’t release these emotions fueling our beliefs they are stored inside our physical body and manifest as physical, and mental problems as well as self-destructive addictions and behavior.

The journey of healing and spiritual transformation starts with:

Accepting responsibility for my life.

Accepting I have emotions and allowing them space to ebb and flow.

Addressing the fears or anger I have through healthy reframing.

Recognizing my needs and nurturing myself.

Looking within myself for wisdom, direction, and tranquility.

Esteeming myself.

Recognizing I have divine free will and everyone has free will too.

Accepting that every light being/consciousness is equal.

Hypnosis, journaling, affirmations, reframing, and gratitude are all tools in the empowerment arena. These allow anyone to manifest their inner reality regardless of what is happening in their outer reality. The Cancer Moon is a vibrational frequency that aligns with releasing, reflecting, reframing, and flowing. This is a wonderful opportunity to bring our spirit back into balance.

Happy Full Moon in Cancer!
